I am an English Literature BA (Hons) graduate who studied at the University of Portsmouth. I also have a Masters in Modern and Contemporary Literature from the University of Leicester. With over three years tutoring experience, a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills, I have challenged and supported students across all educational stages, including primary school pupils right up to A Level students! I want your child to succeed and I truly believe they can do this! My lessons are varied, fun, but get the work done! Education is not 'one size fits all', and online tutoring is the perfect example of this. I have dual nationality with both USA and UK passports thanks to my English mother. When I was much younger I gained 5 "O" levels and 1 "A" level while living in Taunton, England. I served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. I have a 4-year university degree from San Diego, California. In 2004 I gained a TESOL certificate at Transworld Schools in San Francisco, California. I have over 12 years of cumulative teaching experience in Thailand, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Turkey, and China. I think that teaching English has benefitted me the most in the world around us. When I was in Kuwait I wrote and self-published a children's book entitled Korean Odyssey.
