The reason I chose to study this because it included using a lot of technical and problem-solving methods, it also included a lot of Mathematics which was one of my favourite subjects at school. I would say Algebra is one of my strong areas and I completed the Level 3 Edexcel Algebra award in secondary school. When I teach I primarily use a lot of worksheets and exam-style questions which will help the student improve on the subject and feel better prepared for any upcoming exams. If a student is struggling to understand a concept , I use diagrams, videos and allow them to have more practise until they are comfortable with the topics. Hi! My name is Mia and I’m currently a student at Univerista Bocconi In Milan, studying Economics and Finance. I was born in London, and grew up there and also spent 7 years in Abu Dhabi. My hobbies include travelling and playing netball and of course relaxing with my friends. I attended Brighton College Abu Dhabi for majority of my high school and finished my last 2 years of education at Latymer Upper School in London where I did A levels. I took maths, physics and economics alongside completing an Extended Project Qualification on whether unpaid (household) labour should be recognized within GDP, earning a merit! I received an excellence award for all A**'s in my GCSE's from edexcel and have had loads of experience tutoring GCSE's and Levels given I didn't do them long ago.
