English Durham University student | Tutor for GCSE and A-level English Literature and GCSE English Language EXAM BOARDS -AQA, IGCSE APPROACH My approach to tutoring is to identify and subsequently focus on the pupil's areas for improvement as well as to foster confidence and engagement by recognising their progress and areas of strength During my GCSEs, I attained 9s in English Literature, English Language, RS, History and Business. At Sixth Form, I attained AAAB in English Literature, Psychology, Business Studies and Religious Studies A-Levels. I also achieved an A* in my EPQ focusing on the depiction women in ancient Greek myths through oral, literary and artistic tradition. I am now an English Literature undergraduate at Durham University.

Hi! I’m Mehmood,20 years old and currently studying medicine (MBBS) at Hull York Medical School. While I absolutely love studying, I have many other passions that burn just as brightly — I’m into sports, gym, and cycling, and I’m always open to trying new ones! Also, I have a 4-year-old ta I attended St. Peter's RC High School in Gorton, where I studied separate sciences, business, geography, religious studies, and core subjects, achieving 6 grade 9s and 3 grade 8s. I then studied biology, psychology, and chemistry at Loreto Sixth Form College, earning A*AB in my A-levels. During my medical school application, I achieved a UCAT score of 2750 Band 1, securing four medical school interviews and ultimately firming Hull York Medical School—where I am currently studying medicine (MBBS). Alongside my academic journey, I’ve been a private tutor for the past two years, helping students build confidence and achieve top grades in science and math. I also completed a 3-week teaching internship at COOP Academy, delivering science lessons to Year 8 and 9 students. Additionally, I’ve gained valuable clinical experience working in GP practices and hospital settings, consulting with patients and developing strong communication and empathy skills.
