I’m Enola - I’m a second year student at the University of Nottingham studying Economics but I’m originally from Folkestone, Kent! I have a strong background in maths and I’ve helped students at GCSE and A-Level feel more confident by focusing on understanding, rather than memorising. I love to read, do yoga and play tennis outside of my studies :) At the Folkestone School for Girls, I achieved 9999988888 at GCSE and took A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, History and French with an A in Maths. Currently, I’m studying BSc Economics at the University of Nottingham and am on track for a first. I’ve chosen to specialise in Econometrics modules, which is the maths/ statistics side of Economics. I have around 2 years of experience in tutoring. I tutored two GCSE students weekly for around a year in Maths and Science. I also did tutoring every week within school, running drop in sessions at lunchtime for year 7 - year 11 students.

I also wrote a research paper about improving teaching strategies in the classroom. After deciding to move to France, I then took a course for how to teach English online to all age groups, from young children to adults. I also completed an advanced grammar and business English course. Currently, I'm teaching Cambridge English to young children and teenagers. I help students prepare for IGCES, GCSES and A levels. I also teach ESL to all age groups. At the moment, I am learning French and I'm currently on a B1 level in my language development.

I am currently studying Medicine at university and have three years of tutoring experience. I am passionate about helping students gain confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their academic goals. I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their understanding. I completed my secondary education at Ark Putney Academy, where I achieved nine GCSEs at grades 7–9. I then attended Ashcroft Technology Academy for sixth form, studying Biology, Chemistry and Geography at A-Level and achieving grades AAB. I am currently a first-year MBBS Medicine student at Keele University. My studies have provided me with a strong foundation in the sciences, particularly Biology and Chemistry, as well as developing my problem-solving skills. Hi, I’m Cody Briggs, a passionate and dedicated math teacher with over five years of teaching experience. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand concepts so students can build confidence and actually enjoy learning math. My approach is practical and structured—I focus on helping students recognize patterns, think critically, and solve problems step by step. Outside of teaching, I’m actively involved in trading, where I apply logic, analysis, and discipline—skills that I also bring into my lessons. This helps me connect math to real-world applications, making learning more meaningful and relatable for my students. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics. During my studies, I developed a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, teaching strategies, and classroom management. This training allowed me to handle different types of learners and create structured, engaging lessons that support both understanding and performance.
