Hello, I’m Elchanne Mae A. Ricafort, a Licensed Professional Teacher, a Values Education major, and a cum laude graduate. I have teaching experience with both college and high school students, which has allowed me to work with learners from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and learning styles. In my classes, students can expect interactive discussions, fun activities, and practical examples that make learning meaningful and enjoyable. I also use various tools and resources to support every learner’s growth. My edge as a teacher lies in my background in Values Education and my commitment to nurturing not only academic growth, but also character, empathy, and ethical responsibility. I believe education should shape both the mind and the heart. A little about me personally—I dance to celebrate life, write poems to capture my thoughts and feelings, and cook as my love language, because I believe the best experiences are those shared with others. I am 19 years old taking a year out before going to study economics at university. I studied maths, physics and economics at A-level and got A*AA. I was captain of my first XV rugby team and have put on workshops for younger students so leading and helping peers is in my nature. Having recently left school, A-levels are fresh in my memory. I understand how a student wants to learn and what they may be struggling on in the syllabus. I attended Bradford Grammar School, where I was awarded a means-tested bursary in the 11+. I have 11 GCSEs and 3 A-levels all of equivalent grade A and above. Physics at A-level, in particular, forced me to work hard and be a critical thinker. I enjoyed the challenge of applying knowledge.

Aerospace Engineer and MEng Aerospace engineering graduate at the University of Manchester. Combined 2000hrs+ experience of in tutoring with a track record. I love to teach people, super friendly and always try to make lessons easy to follow whilst working through problems! I can also offer help on personal statements, coding in MatLab/Python as well as Math/Physics Olympiad challenges. MEng Aerospace engineering student at the University of Manchester. Completed A-Levels in Maths, Physics, Computer Science and Further Mathematics with A*'s and A's. Competed in aircraft design competitions internationally and won 1st place against other university teams. Very enthusiastic student who loves to teach!

Hello, I'm Sophie, a third year Undergraduate student studying Modern Languages at University. I have an enthusiasm for languages and genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I can guarantee you’ll have productive and enjoyable sessions with me. In my free time I enjoy dancing Latin dances such as Bachata and Salsa, am a white belt in Jiu-jitsu and like socialising as well as practicing my language skills. I am fluent in Russian due to my heritage, and have visited Moscow annually during the summer holidays. I have previous experience with volunteering at the Instituto Cervantes in London for a year, as well as underwent an internship for Language Teaching at a secondary school academy in London. For my third year of University, I have studied for 6 months abroad in Spain at the Auntónoma University of Madrid, specialising in the Spanish language, culture and history. Currently, I am offering tutoring in Spanish from KS3, GCSE to A levels.
