Hi, I’m Arthi, a medical student at Queen Mary University of London with a strong passion for teaching. I specialise in tutoring Biology, Sciences, and Maths at all educational levels, and I’m committed to helping students build confidence, improve understanding, and reach their academic goals. My teaching is calm, structured, and adapted to each student’s pace and learning style. I completed both the IGCSEs and the IB Diploma, gaining a solid grounding in scientific and quantitative subjects. These programmes taught me how to break down complex ideas clearly — something I bring directly into my lessons. I also have experience with the UCAT, and have scored over 3000. Hi! I’m Aldrin Morgan, a friendly and experienced math tutor with over 13 years of teaching experience. I help students understand math in a clear, simple, and stress-free approach, focusing on building confidence and strong problem-solving skills. I make learning engaging by using real-life applications, clear step-by-step explanations, and interactive practice. My lessons are supportive, structured, and tailored to each student’s learning style, helping them improve at their own pace. My goal is to make math feel less intimidating and more achievable, while creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable by asking questions and celebrating progress. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering and I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering major in Communications (dissertation left) which gave me a strong foundation in mathematics, logic, and analytical thinking. My academic background, combined with experience in classroom management and student-centered teaching practices, supports my ability to teach complex mathematical concepts in a clear and effective manner, helping students strengthen both their understanding and confidence in math.

ABOUT ME I have a deep interest in history, human and physical geography, anthropology, technology, architecture and engineering. I especially enjoy the history and geography of languages and language families. I'm into all sorts of things if I'm honest. I am a keen traveller (but who isn't nowadays), audiophile and technophile, with a love for all kinds of technologies, analogue and digital, new and old. Thanks to COVID I learnt a lot of DIY skills through necessity. My house also has a garden full of fruit trees, so I guess that would make me an amateur gardener by default. I try to keep fit by cycling when possible, but my favourite sport is swimming. TEACHING EXPERIENCE/PREFERENCES The subjects I teach are History, English Literature and Language for GCSE and A-level, as well as ESL English. I tend to teach students aged 14+, so from Year 9 to Year 13 or more mature students for ESL, but I do have a few students younger than this. I use a variety of teaching approaches, ranging from traditional methods of text analysis to modern forms of teaching, such as interactive quizzes, questionnaires and even YouTube videos if they benefit the students learning style. Exam Board Experience: Experience of all English assessment boards, but especially AQA and Edexcel in the, and WJEC/Eduqas and OCR to a lesser extent. Languages: English: as a first language to advanced/professional level. Turkish: fluent to college level, but nor advanced enough for teaching purposes.
