Hi, I'm Angus. I am a first-year Politics, Philosophy and Economics student at Durham University. I am experienced in tutoring students with special needs, in particular ADHD. My favourite thing about tutoring is seeing my students grow in confidence as they understand topics they thought were out of their reach. I am a first-year Politics, Philosophy and Economics student at Durham University. I have 4 A-levels in Maths, Chemistry, Economics and Biology (A*A*AA respectively). I have 11 GCSEs, 9 of which are at Grade 9. I achieved academic scholarships to Exeter School and Abingdon School.

Religion, Theology, Philosophy, Ethics and Film is my absolute passion and specialty! I have both an Undergraduate and a Masters Degree in the subject. I also have a PGCE and QTS with experience teaching primary school children and working one-to-one with SEN children. I hold my Level 2 in SEND. I attended York St John for both my Undergraduate and my Masters Degree in Religious Studies. In between, I gained a PGCE from Leeds Trinity and a QTS through my SCITT. I currently work in a Sixth Form College and support the A Level Philosophy, Religion and Ethics revision sessions and classes.

I am currently studying Computer Science at Newcastle University and have always had a passion for modern languages, namely Spanish which I have studied for 10 years. I studied the language up until A Level and continued with classes into university in the evenings. Whilst in sixth form I gained invaluable tutoring experience with younger students from the adjoining school who were referred to me with the hope of improving their knowledge and understanding of Spanish. I thoroughly enjoy travelling in my spare time and expanding upon my knowledge of the local language wherever I end up.
